OBLIGATION TO INFORM
The protection of your personal data is particularly important to us online and offline. We respect your privacy and your personal sphere. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions in Austria (DSGVO, DSG, TKG 2021). GENERAL DATA STORAGE
ALPINA only processes personal data that is transmitted to us as part of a business relationship, such as title, first name, last name, address, date of birth, telephone number, email address, general information. In order to fulfill contractual obligations, further data is collected, such as order data, bank details, creditworthiness data, payment modalities, data on the product or service, protocols, information and/or data for the fulfillment of the contract. The data you provide is necessary to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures.
Without this data we cannot conclude the contract with you. In addition, especially for business customers, ALPINA processes data from publicly accessible sources, such as commercial registers, business reports, association registers, land charge register, VAT number, industry affiliation, publicly available economic data as well as data from address registers, direct marketing companies, credit reporting agencies, which we have received in a lawful manner.

If you contact us using a form on the website or by email, your data will be stored by us in order to process your request and in case of follow-up questions. For the purpose of contacting you, depending on the type of form and the data provided, the following personal information is stored: name, email address, other contact details, concerns (enquiry, interest in, subject, message) and the date of the inquiry.

If necessary, ALPINA processes your personal data for the duration of the entire business relationship and beyond, that for the duration of statutory retention and documentation periods, in particular the Federal Tax Code. According to § 132 Bundesabgabenordnung (Federal Tax Code) taxes expire after 7 years at the end of the year in which the tax claim arose.
Books, records and receipts relevant to tax law must therefore be retained for seven years and will be deleted after this period has expired.

ALPINA processes your personal data when you use a service until you revoke your consent. You can revoke your consent at any time without giving reasons and with effect for the future for individual purposes or entirely. The revokation of the consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation.
